Privacy policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

This policy explains how RevProcess LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information. It covers people who visit this website, people who contact us or book a call with us, the businesses we work for, and the business contacts we email as part of outreach campaigns for those businesses.

01

What we collect

Visitors to this website. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. Our fonts load from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when your browser fetches them.

People who contact us or book a call. Your name, email address, company and anything you choose to tell us. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which collects the details you enter on its booking page.

Clients. Business contact details for the people we work with, the information you give us during onboarding (your offer, target market, do-not-contact list and qualification criteria), and billing records. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card or bank account numbers.

Business contacts we email for clients. Name, job title, company, business email address and publicly available information about the company. We source this from licensed B2B data providers and public sources such as company websites. We also keep the replies you send us and any request to stop being contacted.

02

How we use it

  • To run outreach campaigns and book sales calls for our clients.
  • To reply to messages and hold the calls people book with us.
  • To deliver, report on and bill for our service.
  • To honour opt-outs and keep suppression lists, so people who ask not to be contacted are not contacted again.
  • To keep this site and our systems running and secure.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest, and our clients’ legitimate interest, in contacting businesses about relevant services; on performing a contract with our clients; and on legal obligations.

03

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • The client a campaign is run for. When a contact replies with interest or books a call, their details and the conversation are passed to that client.
  • Service providers who process it for us: website hosting, email and sending software, B2B data providers, email verification, scheduling (Cal.com), forms and payment processing. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.
04

Opting out of our emails

Every outreach email we send carries a way to opt out. You can also reply asking us to stop, or write to jon@revprocess.com. We add you to our suppression list the same day and keep you on it, so you are not emailed again by us for any client.

05

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Campaign data is kept for the life of the engagement and handed over to or deleted for the client when it ends. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Suppression entries are kept indefinitely, because deleting them would mean we could contact you again.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email jon@revprocess.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will answer within the time the law allows. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

07

Security

We protect personal information with access controls and by using reputable providers. No system is completely secure, but we limit access to the people and tools that need it.

08

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

09

Children

Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
