Email Policy

Who we email

• Business email addresses only, about topics relevant to the recipient’s role. We never email personal or consumer addresses.
• Every address is verified before we send. We don’t buy consumer lists or use data collected without a lawful basis.

How we email

• Every message is a one-to-one business email from a named person at RevProcess.
• Every message gives our postal address (5413 Nicollet Ave S #2074, Minneapolis, MN 55419) and a simple way to opt out.
• Subject lines and sender details are never false or misleading.
• We follow the US CAN-SPAM Act. For recipients in the EU, the UK and Canada, we only send where local law allows it.

Opting out

• Reply to any of our emails asking us to stop, or write to jon@revprocess.com.
• We remove you from all of our outreach and keep you on our do-not-contact list for good.

No third-party senders

• No affiliate, reseller, partner or other third party may send email that advertises revprocess.com or any domain we own. We don’t pay for, ask for, or accept that kind of promotion.
• Mass, untargeted bulk email, spoofed senders and hidden links are prohibited under all circumstances.

Report a problem

If you received an email mentioning revprocess.com that breaks this policy, or that we didn’t send, forward it to jon@revprocess.com and we’ll look into it.
